THESE ARE ACTUAL QUESTIONS WE HAVE RECEIVED MANY TIMES

THANK YOU FOR READING THE FAQ'S

Do you have supplies?
Absolutely!  We can bring everything you need for your event.

Will you set up my supplies?
Yes.  We happily will set up your supplies if you are a DIY bride.

Are you a caterer/florist?
No, we are event planners.  We plan, decorate, design, and coordinate.  However, if the design you desire is simple, I will provide florals occasionally.  I do have wholesale accounts with local floral distributors for this reason.   As for catering, we can connect with wonderful vendors to meet your needs.

If you are not the caterer, can you supply the plates and forks?
Yes, very often we will supply the linens, flatware, china, glassware, cocktail tables, etc. for an event.

Do you have character balloons?
Yes (we can order pretty much any balloon).

Do you have number balloons?
Yes (we can order pretty much any balloon).

Do you have letter balloons to spell things or a single letter?
Yes (we can order pretty much any balloon)

Do you have green, pink, black, white, orange, blue, gold, silver, aqua, burgundy, brown, yellow balloons?
Yes (we can order pretty much any balloon)

Are the balloons filled with helium?
Most of the pics shown on the balloon example webpage are not helium balloons.  They are mostly air-filled with a few exceptions where a client requested helium.  Helium is more expensive.  We can attach mylar air-filled balloons to pretty much any balloon structure.  Helium balloons float high in the air (think of Magic Kingdom Main Street and the Mickey balloons floating high in the air held by string).  Air-filled balloons do not float but they are still upright when we attach them to a balloon cluster.

Can the balloons go indoors?
Sure, most of our structures can be for either indoor or outdoor events.  Due to Covid-19 and practicing social distancing, we set up outdoor balloon displays until further notice.  You can choose to not have them set up outside if you'd prefer to place them indoors on your own.  We also have some that are tabletop displays and those can easily be placed as decor inside your home.

How long do balloons last?
Balloons can last many days.  Weather will affect balloons.  Mylar tend to fair well even in warmer days and latex tend to fair better in cooler days.

What happens if my balloon pops?
Unfortunately, balloons may pop.  We use high-quality balloons to help avoid this.  We make our balloon displays full to allow for popping so it is less noticeable if it does occur.  Once delivered/set up, we are unable to return to provide replacements.  It is always best to let us know immediately if you are not happy with an item.

Can you color match?
Unfortunately, no.  We are unable to promise an exact color match.  One persons MAROON is another persons GARNET and yet another persons BURGUNDY.  We do our best to find the color you are looking for.

Can you deliver my balloons to me at this particular time?
It is best if we place you in a delivery window.  We often have multiple stops during a balloon delivery run.

How much advance notice do you need before I place an order?
Balloon orders fill up very quickly.  Many reserve their balloon order many months ahead to ensure availability.

Can I pick up balloons myself?
Contact us and we may be able to set up a pick up for you.  Make sure that your vehicle is large enough to accommodate the balloons. (SUV or minivan with seats down is best)

Can I set up the balloons myself?
Sure.  I can string them up for you and then you can tie them to a mailbox or fence post very easily if you'd prefer.

Is there anything that I can do to help balloons last longer?
Yes, try to not place balloons in direct heat or direct sunlight.  Try not to handle the balloons too much.

Are balloons safe?
Balloons are generally safe, however, some people have allergic reaction to latex.  Balloons can also cause a choking risk.  Please monitor young children around balloons.

Do you do Balloon Releases?
To help save the environment and wildlife from the risks associated with balloon releases, we do not participate or provide helium balloons unless they are biodegradable.

Do you still do weddings?
Absolutely!  Inquire.  Covid-19 caused us to switch gears to balloon delivery.  We still are in touch with our brides behind the scenes and working on some upcoming weddings to hopefully come later this year!!
